Die Engineered Living Materials Conference wird organisiert vom Leibniz ScienceCampus Living Therapeutic Materials. Die erste Konferenz fand im Februar 2020 in Saarbrücken statt. Die zweite wird nun in virtueller Form durchgeführt.
The conference will focus on three highly relevant aspects of nanosafety research: „Development of safe nanomaterials“, „Toxicological aspects – from molecular mechanisms to prediction“, and „Nanomaterials and the environment“.
Das Improve-Stem-Projektkonsortium, dem auch das INM angehört, organisiert ein Online-Symposium zum Thema „B04: Zellkultursubstrate: neue Oberflächen für die Stammzellproliferation“ (B = Biomaterialien) im Rahmen des Materials Science and Engineering Congress (MSE). Termin ist der 24. September.
