Service Group Occupational Safety

Workplace safety, health, and environmental protection are key goals of the INM. Employees’ safety and health must not be compromised by their daily work. They should return home just as healthy and safe as when they arrived at work.

Together, we want to effectively and sustainably strengthen safety, health, and well-being in the workplace. Our goal is to prevent accidents and health hazards in the workplace and to ensure that work is conducted in a humane manner. We are committed to complying at all times with legal regulations and company guidelines on occupational safety and health, and to protecting our own health and that of our colleagues. When we identify hazards, we take preventive action regardless of regulations, rules, or laws.

The INM management is responsible for ensuring these goals are met. Parts of this responsibility and these tasks have been delegated in writing (Form A) to managers for them to carry out on their own responsibility. Management and supervisors are advised in this regard by the occupational safety specialist and the company medical service.
