On July 5, 2024, the INM celebrated its annual summer party. Many employees and their families came together to celebrate the institute’s joint successes and strengthen team spirit. The day began with a “Saarland miners’ breakfast” in the best weather on the INM forecourt, so that all employees could start the day refreshed.
After breakfast, there were numerous exciting activities to choose from. From archery and escape games to a sporty hike and a visit to the mining museum – there was something for everyone.
In the afternoon, everyone gathered again in the auditorium of Saarland University for the actual INM summer party.
The evening ended with a sumptuous buffet and the European Championship match between Germany and Spain. There were fans from both camps, so the outcome of the evening promised to be exciting. The atmosphere was characterized by good conversations and shared enthusiasm for the game.
We would like to thank everyone who contributed to the success of this event with their ideas and commitment. We are already looking forward to next year!
