Service Gruppe IT
The IT Service Group provides the central IT infrastructure of INM and ensures its reliable and secure operation. As an internal service provider, it supports all employees in using modern information and communication technologies, creating the technical foundation for efficient scientific and administrative work.
Its services include the provision and maintenance of workstations, mobile devices, printers and peripheral equipment, as well as the administration of central servers, networks and communication services. In addition, the IT Service Group provides advice on selecting and implementing suitable hardware and software solutions and assists employees with technical questions in their daily work.
Beyond day-to-day technical support, the IT Service Group contributes to the continuous development of the institute’s IT infrastructure. It supports the optimization of digital processes, promotes the secure use of IT systems and helps provide innovative solutions for research, administration and collaboration.
