INM has once again been awarded the audit berufundfamilie certificate! Since 2012, we have pursued a family- and life-phase-conscious HR policy, and we’re proud to have received this certification for the fifth time.
The certificate was presented to INM at a ceremonial event by Mareike Wulf, Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister for Family Affairs, Karin Prien, patron of the audit, and Oliver Schmitz, Managing Director of berufundfamilie Service GmbH.
INM is one of 306 organizations to receive the audit berufundfamilie certificate in 2025. The certification, which is typically valid for three years, is the result of a multi-month audit process in which sustainable solutions for improved work-life balance were developed and embedded in our organizational culture.
With this new certificate, INM is entering the next development phase, focusing on the action program “Work and Health,” which we will actively implement over the next three years.
